It has officially been a week since I stepped on the plane in Vienna and off again in Chicago, and I'm feeling fairly settled into Tremont life again. I hate to break it to everyone, but not a lot has changed since I left. Not only is Tremont a bubble, but now its a time warp as well.
I guess I don't have a whole lot to post. I'm working on getting a Sunday night so that Talissa and I can share about our separate experiences, so for those of you still reading this, look forward to that in the somewhat near future.
I want to thank everyone again for the overwhelming support that you have shown me this summer, as well as summers past. Your prayers were felt and so, so appreciated. I feel blessed to belong to such a community of believers.
For those who are interested, I will be leaving again in about a week for school. I'll be moving up to Chicago to go to North Park University where I will be studying English. An adventure of a different sort, I guess. I'm excited about the opportunities I will have to serve God there. I've been praying that he will put people in my life, or rather that I will be put into theirs, and I believe that he will do it!
Thank you for a blessed summer!
