Because you are all interested in the mundane details of my life...

I've been smelling onions all day.

That isn't true. I woke up and took a shower and I smelled like Ivory soap, but without the aloe because I forgot to get the kind with the aloe. Then I put on my sweatshirt and ran over to the library to work on a group project. One of four that I'm currently working on.

It was then that I noticed it. I was leaning my face on my hand when I caught the whiff. I sniffed my fingers and glanced at the girl next to me. She was a good candidate. Her hair was pretty greasy, like she hadn't showered in a while. I don't know when I decided that greasy hair was an indicator of onion smell.

I let the matter drop.

Or at least I tried to. Every time I put my hand up to my face I smelled onions. I can't even remember the last time I was around onions. Mysterious, that's what it is. And perplexing.

The time is now 5:00pm and I can still smell onions. I have since realized that the smell is coming from the left sleeve of my sweatshirt. However, I am no closer to discovering when and where I came into contact with said onions. Maybe I should wash my sweatshirt more often.

On an entirely different note. Some happy things that have happened to me lately. My family came up last weekend to see me for my birthday. And that same weekend, Talissa and Erica also showed up. It was fun to share the city with all of them. I went to see the premier of HP7A Thursday night (expect a post about that soon). I was given the opportunity to co-write a story for our small group this week - a very cool experience. I just skyped with the fam, and not five minutes later got a skype call from Ed and Wendi and got to see them, Kari, Seth, and Mike. So all that said, life has been pretty great lately. I've had several opportunities to talk to my roommate about her faith and I look forward to having lots more. Thanks for reading!
